Weight, dimensions and contents all matter
Give the dimensions and weight of each package, along with a description of its contents. Packaging and the nature of the goods can affect the transport assessment.
Declare batteries, liquids or any other special contents in advance. An enquiry does not mean those goods have been accepted for transport. Documentation and handling must also be appropriate for the shipment.

What if I am unsure whether the contents can travel by air?
